News from the District
The U.S. Department of Commerce, via its Economic Development Administration (E.D.A.), announced a significant $4.4 million investment in Louisiana's infrastructure.
A recent $1.3 million award from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) will be used in-part to establish a Baton Rouge Health District Research Data Collaborative, to support the efforts of regional healthcare institutions to share health data for research purposes across a common structure.
This week, Baton Rouge Health District is participating in an international economic growth and diversification mission in Belgium.
